BS Mechanical Engineering with honors (Kettering University, Machine Design Specialty)
Managed Ricardo Vehicle Engineering Operations team, including powertrain and driveline integration, chassis design & development, body structures, and other vehicle engineering related requirements
Managed global team of engineers for production release of chassis subsystems, directing teams in 11 countries at over 50 sites.
Program Manager for USA Maglev project.
Led integration of a PHEV system into an existing vehicle platform. Program included delivery of two working vehicles within 6 months of project initiation. Managed all aspects of program including financials, timing, and engineering change management.
Program Leader of a variety of military vehicle programs. Responsibilities included powertrain integration, vehicle performance simulation, light-weight architectures, simulation-based optimization, and other functional responsibilities.
Led team of process engineers in a green-field assembly and stamping plant in McCalla, AL for a tier 1 supplier of Mercedes-Benz.
Activities included sourcing and buy-off of >$80M of assembly equipment and tooling for underbody structure components.
Program Leader for production launch of multiple hot-stamped components and assemblies.
Led program team consisting of Chinese national engineers in the US for engine design program with the end-result being a V12 gasoline DI engine with flexibility for future downsizing to a V6 variant.
